Title: Test Engineer II
Location: 7000 Central Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55432
Duration: 6+ months (Possible extension/conversion)

Overview:
Seeking a Test Engineer II to develop and execute test methods ensuring compliance, regulatory approval, and product reliability for implantable cardiac devices. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive testing strategies and support regulatory submissions.

Requirements:

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related technical field)
• 3+ years engineering experience, with 2+ years in test engineering
• Strong skills in Test Method Development, Validation, and Installation Qualification (IQ)
• Knowledge of V&V, problem-solving, and statistical analysis tools (Minitab/JMP) preferred
• Experience with manual and automated testing environments
• Familiarity with ISO-17025 lab accreditation a plus
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Develop, validate, and implement test methods early in projects
• Lead Installation Qualifications and re-validation of legacy methods
• Collaborate with design, reliability, regulatory, and operations teams
• Provide coaching to junior engineers and technicians
• Manage projects and improve testing processes
• Support ISO-17025 lab accreditation
