Job Description

  • Location:* Multiple locations (school settings and clinic)
  • About Us:* Tiny Triumphs Speech and AAC is a new practice that is looking for qualified candidates to join our growing team. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming speech language pathology services to children of all ages. At Tiny Triumphs, we honor all forms of communication and help our clients grow while also embracing their differences. The primary caseload would be 3-5 year olds, 0-3 year olds, or a combination of both. There is also an opportunity to work with older children in a clinic setting if desired. We do our best to allow our clinicians to build a caseload of children whom they will feel confident treating. Our growing team of clinicians is committed to excellence, client-first care, and ongoing professional development. The field of speech pathology is ever-growing and changing, and commitment to continued learning is paramount.

  • Job Description:* As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Tiny Triumphs, you will have the opportunity to work alongside knowledgeable and well-rounded clinicians in a collaborative and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing school-based and clinic-based services to individuals with speech and language disorders. Teletherapy is an option, but not a requirement.
  • Collaborating with a diverse clinical team to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve speech and language goals.
  • Qualifications:*
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and families.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload.
