Trinity is seeking talented Senior Consultant Interns to join our team. This role is in support of providing a variety of analytical services for designing and implementing strategies to help our clients maintain strong growth. With exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues within the life sciences industry, this position offers qualified candidates with an opportunity to work on client projects that are of high-visibility and essential value-add to Trinity’s efforts. The client engagement work, generally focused in one or more areas of Trinity’s specialized expertise, will involve working as a member of project teams, interacting closely with consultants at different levels, and making an impactful contribution. Senior Consultant Interns are also provided the opportunity to present products of their work to management teams during and at the end of their assignments. This is a 9-week, in-person Summer internship.

Trinity’s compensation bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The hourly rate ranges from $52.50-62.50/hr.

Job Requirements :
Position Requirements Education: Successful completion of at least one year of MBA or PhD coursework with a demonstrated interest in the life sciences field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in consulting or working in a related position within the life sciences industry.
Other Skills: • Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively across teams • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently • Demonstrated interest in developing quantitative and analytical skills • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
