Job Summary
Aim Higher ABA Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in North Las Vegas, NV. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing individualized consultation and intervention services to children with autism, empowering them to learn and thrive. Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in a clinic or home setting
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Collaborate with other RBTs and BCBAs to ensure consistency and continuity of care
Maintain accurate records and reports, and support data analysis and outcome measurement
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Availability for part-time schedule, with flexibility to accommodate changing client needs
