Job Description
This role is part of a collaborative Human Resources team, responsible for managing a centralized recruitment process. The Recruiter will lead efforts in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across a variety of roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent.
Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms, including social media.
Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and tools to identify high-quality candidates.
Maintain a robust database of active and passive candidates.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiting staff.
Build strong relationships with HR and department leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Collaborate with HR leadership to refine and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Stay active on job boards, social networks, and other platforms to continuously source talent.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in recruiting; 7+ years in HR or talent acquisition preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies.
SHRM-CP, PHR, TAS, or CDR certifications are a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Strong command of productivity tools, database systems, and online sourcing methods.
Familiarity with HR-specific platforms and job boards.
Proven ability to conduct interviews across various formats (phone, video, in-person).
Willingness to travel as needed.
