Job Description

Manpower Engineering is looking for a 3 rd shift Production Supervisor for a 12-month contract position. Expect to work about 50 hours/week.
Location: Madison, MS.
Contract position expected to last 1 year.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 10pm to 6am

• Overseeing Production Plans: Ensure feasibility and follow standard processes to meet production
• Direct initiatives focused on quality, cost, and delivery, setting ambitious targets and tracking daily results.
• Driving Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members and support functions to identify improvement areas and implement effective action plans.
• Managing Team Performance: Foster a collaborative team environment, addressing challenges and promoting quality improvement through workshops and problem-solving initiatives.
• Developing Your Team: Integrate new members, support individual development plans, and conduct job evaluations to help your team succeed.
• Ensuring Safety Standards: Uphold the highest HSE standards, actively intervening in cases of safety risks and enhancing working conditions.
• Training and Development: Serve as a trainer in Standardized Work and ensure your team is well equipped with the necessary skills.

• Seeking experience in high volume manufacturing, ideally automotive.
• Computer ability, Excel, Word, etc. Will be entering employees’ time into payroll system.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent Communication : Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across shifts and departments.
