Title: Process Operator

Location: Elyria, Ohio

Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with overtime opportunities

Pay Rate: $16 per hour


As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of the dry blend seasonings. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow manufacturing processes, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. The role includes overtime opportunities for those willing to contribute to the team's success.



Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production of spices and seasonings.
• Follow established processes to ensure accurate blending and packaging.
• Perform quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on product quality.
• Strong work ethic and the flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Must wear steel-toe footwear for safety.
