Position Overview:

We are searching for an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. In this role, you will provide critical speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools, helping them enhance communication skills and overcome speech and language challenges. This position is 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop tailored therapy plans and goals based on assessment findings and individual student needs.
  • Deliver direct therapy services, focusing on areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and educational team members to support students’ communication goals in various settings.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities in therapy sessions to promote development.
  • Monitor progress and modify therapy plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
  • Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and related information accurately and on time.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights on students' speech and language requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience delivering speech-language therapy in a school or pediatric context.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in pediatric speech-language pathology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in teletherapy or online counseling (preferred).
  • Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and assistive technology (preferred).
