Overview Join to apply for the Housekeeping Manager role at Peachtree Group Hospitality Management The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing the overall operation of the housekeeping department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines, while ensuring the highest degree of quality guest care. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and developing hourly staff. Responsibilities Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department Plan, organize, and direct team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction Supervise housekeeping employees; hire new employees as needed; discharge employees when necessary and take disciplinary actions when policies are not followed Purchase, re-order, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory Maintain knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within the Housekeeping department Prepare annual housekeeping budget Requirements Experience supervising housekeeping staff and managing department operations Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA requirements within housekeeping Ability to staff, schedule, train, and develop hourly staff Benefits Peachtree Group provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
