Events & Business Assistant
Location: Fargo, ND (with travel to events in MN and surrounding areas)
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (depending on candidate)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and adaptable Events & Business Assistant to support multiple companies under our umbrella — including large-scale card and collectible shows, autograph signings, product launches, and other collectibles-related businesses. You’ll assist directly with event planning, day-to-day operations, and everything in between.
You’ll also serve as a personal assistant to the owner and the companies , helping manage tasks, schedules, communications, and anything else needed to keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist with planning and running collectible conventions and shows
Coordinate vendor tables and assist with communication
Help manage autograph signings and guest logistics
Track inventory and manage signing items
Assist with PSA submissions and card pre-grading workflow
Support social media posts and promotional materials
Help pack, ship, and manage product launches
Create and update documents, spreadsheets, and schedules
Run errands and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks
Be on-site at events to assist with setup, operations, and breakdown
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to take direction, problem-solve, and think ahead
Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic tech
Willing to travel for shows and assist in person
Weekend availability during event weekends
Valid driver's license
Must be dependable and trustworthy
Bonus Points:
Interest in trading cards, collectibles, or pop culture
Experience with event coordination or operations
Familiarity with PSA, grading, or authentication processes
Social media or design skills (Canva, etc.)
Compensation:
Hourly or salaried, based on experience and availability
Travel, lodging, and event meals covered for shows
Growth potential across multiple growing brands
Employees are eligible to earn commission for bringing in sponsors to any of our events or projects. Commission rates will be discussed based on the value and type of sponsorship secured.
