A Washington, D.C. firm highly regarded for its private equity fund formation practice, and working with top-tier clients in the sponsor-side private equity space is looking for a Corporate Investment Funds Attorney to join its team. The position focuses on private equity fund formation, particularly on the sponsor side. The work will involve representing private equity sponsors in the formation of investment funds, providing insight into industry-leading practices.

Compensation:

1. Base Pay: $310,000 $420,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
2. Bonus Potential: Performance-based discretionary bonuses.
