Job Description:
The Addictions Treatment Services division with Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services (BILHBS) consists of a variety of residential programs and detox facilities that serve individuals who seek recovery from addiction and mental health issues. All clients are treated with dignity, respect, and the belief that everyone has the ability to grow when they are provided support, education, and direction.
The Receptionist position is a unique opportunity for a customer service focused individual who wants to make a difference in the addiction treatment field by ensuring seamless access to services and acting as the first impression of the organization.

Pay Range: $18.50 - $22.55
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
