About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Associate to join our team at a busy skincare product warehouse. In this role, you will support inventory, order processing, and logistics teams by entering and maintaining accurate data in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update product, inventory, and shipment data into internal databases and systems

• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies

• Support inventory tracking and reconciliation

• Assist with generating reports and documentation for warehouse operations

• Communicate with warehouse and office teams to ensure smooth data flow

• Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry, preferably in a warehouse or inventory setting

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and organizational skills
