Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bankruptcy Attorney at Cope Law Offices in Dayton, OH. The Bankruptcy Attorney will be responsible for handling bankruptcy cases, representing debtors and creditors, filing Chapter 7 and 13 petitions, protecting debtors' rights, and preparing and filing motions in court.
