What we are looking for: Looking for an APM that is detailed oriented, possesses strong customer service, communication, marketing and Leasing skills and can work in a fast paced environment. Resident Services and Bookkeeping skills a plus!
Duties and Responsibilities -Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
-Promote, encourage, and assists with on-going training and development of team
-Marketing and selling of the community
-Participate in community events; both internal and external
-Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
-Support preventive and on-going maintenance and contract management plans
-Effective relationship with corporation
-Assist in budget preparation
-Positive role model
-Support corporations' business decisions and events
-Seek and participates in on-going training/education
-Support Property Manager's decisions, goals and initiatives
-Assist, or in Property Manager's absence, respond and act in emergency situations, as needed
-Assist or as assigned, schedules, conducts, and document regular team meetings
-Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing tasks and assisting with projects as needed
-Comply with all Southern Management's policies and procedures
-Perform various other duties as assigned by Property Manager
Requirements -College degree, Southern Difference Institute (SDI), or equivalent experience
-Customer service or sales/marketing experience, supervisory experience, and/or (2) years property management experience
-Developing leadership and management skills
-Developing strong interpersonal skills
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-Developing financial management knowledge and economic awareness
-Creativity

-Knowledge of applicable laws
-Proficiency in all Yardi applications, minimum Microsoft Office '97, and ability to use Windows
-Prepared to respond and act in emergency situations following corporate/community emergency plans/procedures
-Thorough knowledge, understanding and compliance with all Southern Management standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines

What's required from you: - Graduation from The Southern Difference Institute or equivalent combination of
education and property management experience - Three years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or real estate
