Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is seeking a Part TimeAccounts Payable Assistant to join our growing accounting team. The Accounts Payable Assistant is a key member of the business office and accounting team. This role provides financial and administrative support with a primary focus on processing and monitoring accounts payable, managing purchase orders, and handling invoices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Accounts Payable & Financial Support:
Process, calculate, post, and manage accounts payable transactions.
Review and reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
Perform analysis on expenses to support financial accuracy and reporting.
Assist with duties that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative team.
Administrative & Office Support:
Respond to requests from the Administrator and Management team.
Receive and address staff and provider inquiries and concerns.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Accounting experience preferred.
Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Basic understanding of Accounts Payable principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze expenses and financial data.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $17.00 $23.00 per hour
