YOUR ROLE AS A FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
As a Front Desk Attendant at Best Western View of Lake Powell, you are responsible for ensuring our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay. In this role, you're the first point of contact for our guests, handling reservations, registration, and check-out processes with ease. You use your outgoing and friendly personality to create a welcoming environment for our guests, while also ensuring all their needs are met. Your attention to detail is critical in managing room assignments and accommodating any special requests to ensure each guest's stay is personalized and memorable. By providing exceptional customer service, you create a positive experience that encourages guests to return and recommend our establishment to others!
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS FRONT DESK CLERK JOB
