We are seeking a full-time, live-out nanny for a family in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, for their three-month-old baby. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with flexibility for later nights or overnights if the parents are working late, for a total of 40 to 50 hours per week.


The family also has a home in Hudson Valley, New York, and they are looking for someone available for a live-in position during the summer, Thursday to Monday. During the school year, the schedule will revert to Monday through Friday when they are back in Brooklyn.


The hourly rate is $30 to $35 per hour, with two weeks of paid time off. The family is looking for someone to start as soon as possible to allow for a smooth transition from the newborn care specialist. They also employ a part-time housekeeper. The mother typically works from home but occasionally commutes to the city for work.


Ideally, they are looking for someone fluent in both English and Spanish to help teach their daughter Spanish. The family seeks a long-term commitment, and the nanny should be excited to travel with a young family, be available for overnights, and spend time in their Hudson Valley home during the summer. They value someone trustworthy, with good communication skills, and who is positive, warm, and loving.
