We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to support inventory management and logistics operations within our growing team in Wilmington, Massachusetts. As part of this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse activities.

Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain inventory systems to ensure accurate tracking of all warehouse assets.
• Conduct physical inventory counts annually and as needed to verify stock levels.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including processing incoming and outgoing goods.
• Support assembly line processes by managing materials and inventory flow.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock.
• Coordinate logistics for inventory transfers and shipments within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all warehouse operations.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to inventory and logistics activities.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflows and processes.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and tools.
• Strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ability to conduct physical inventory counts and manage stock levels.
• Knowledge of assembly line processes and material handling.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and inventory tracking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
