HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for a travel job in Orange, California.
Job Description & Requirements Title: Clinical Dietitian
Location: Orange, CA
Duration: 26 weeks
Shift: 5x8-Hour Days (08:00 – 16:30, Monday–Friday)
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Provide age-appropriate, family-centered nutrition care to pediatric patients
Participate as a key member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Serve as a clinical resource for staff and community providers
Utilize advanced pediatric nutrition knowledge to implement evidence-based medical nutrition therapy
Conduct nutrition assessments and reassessments
Contribute to professional activities such as research, lectures, and publications
Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans of care
Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian
Pediatric nutrition experience required
Certifications & Licensure:
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) – CDR required
BLS certification required
Required Skills:
Calorie counts, food-drug interactions, intake/output, TPN, enteral nutrition
Strong clinical judgment for patients from infancy to older adulthood
Preferred Education:\nBachelor 's or Master's degree in Dietetics or a nutrition-related field from an accredited university\n\nAdditional Details:\nNo weekend or call requirements\nNo floating required\nFirst-time travelers accepted\nCharting experience with any system required
