Job Title: Medical Assistant - Medical Assistant Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Olympia, WA (onsite) Contract Duration: 13 weeks Work Hours: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Total Weekly Hours: 40 This is an ADMIN position, not a normal clinic MA position A clinician in this role utilizes Epic to address patient concerns and needs from incoming patient phone calls and MyChart messages. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and coworkers. Must be able to document in clear, objective and thorough manner. Previous experience with Epic and doing in basket management/call intake required. MA-C required Must have previous experience in healthcare, healthcare terminology, and Epic. Locals Only 3 Interview Times (Including Time Zone) must be included when submitting candidate for a position. Please triple confirm candidate is available for interview during these times.
