Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter

As a Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter, we will depend on you to be an important link between our clients and full-time and per diem clinical and non-clinical staff. Through extensive phone contact, interfacing with our applicant tracking/scheduling system, and a variety of other team-oriented tasks, you will employ your problem-solving, and communication skills to help our clients find staff and help deserving people find great opportunities.

Your main focus will be managing the client staffing needs, recruiting new applicants, obtaining employee availability, and matching/ scheduling employees to the open needs.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Partnering with clients to address, schedule, and staff their open needs
• Applicant and Scheduling updates to our systems
• Building/ maintaining relationships with per diem employees and clients
• Managing compliance through maintaining and updating our database to reflect the status of our clinicians
• Resolving time-keeping/payroll concerns of our field staff.

Hours:

• Monday through Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• College Degree

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Computer skills that include Microsoft Word

• A minimum of 1 year of working experience in a role that involves significant customer service

Compensation:

Horizon Healthcare Staffing offers a very competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary and a monthly bonus/commission structure.

$22-$24 per hour plus monthly bonus
