We are looking for a Full-Time employee to perform the daily Administrative and Accounting tasks for a fast-growing Company. This role will primarily perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. Additional responsibilities will include recording transactions, processing credit card transactions, credit card reconciliations, along with other Accounting and Administrative responsibilities supporting the Director of Accounting and Accounting Manager. This position is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate who has great organization skills and attention to detail and looking to grow quickly. This is an hourly in-office position working Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily processes relating to Accounts Payable and Receivable functions (vendor and customer invoicing).
• Maintain vendor files by verifying vendor terms and credit limits are accurate and up to date.
• Credit card processing and monthly reconciliations.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting duties and analysis as required.
• Various Administrative responsibilities, as needed.

Qualification and skills

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, reliable and responsible.
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge, as well as knowledge of Word and Outlook.
• Ability to problem solve, research discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Work well independently and with a team.
• Ability to multi-task.
