Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance department. The ideal candidate will assist with financial reporting, account reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end closing processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to improve your accounting skills in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure account accuracy. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Prepare journal entries and assist with audit preparation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, GAAP, or a related field, 2-5 years of accounting experience preferred. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
