JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Content Strategist responsible for transforming complex information from subject matter experts into accessible content, auditing and enhancing our content library for optimal user experience, and authoring internal documentation aligning with our content strategy. The role requires leveraging generative AI technologies to elevate content creation, management, and analysis, fostering innovation in our content workflows. Ideal candidates will bring a strategic mindset to solve content challenges, ensuring scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop user-friendly content. Audit and analyze content libraries to optimize and improve information architecture. Author high-quality internal documentation following company guidelines. Utilize AI technologies to improve content efficiency and innovation. Lead and guide cross-functional teams to influence content strategy and best practices. Must have Skills Expertise in generative AI technologies and their application in content creation. Proven experience in authoring and managing technical documentation. Strong skills in content modeling and information architecture. Industry Experience: Experience in technical documentation within fast-paced tech environments is preferred. Extra credit for those with a background in content management systems, taxonomy, and design systems documentation.
