Job Title: Spa Director Woodhouse Spa
Location: Buckhead
Overview: As the Spa Director of our luxury spa, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate closely with the General Manager to maintain high standards of service and achieve targeted business goals.
Key Responsibilities: •Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the guest experience, drive revenue, and maximize profitability.
•Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled team of spa professionals including therapists, spa concierges, and support staff. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and career growth.
•Guest Experience: Ensure the delivery of curated luxurious spa experiences that exceed guest expectations. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed.
•Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day spa operations including scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and reporting. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
•Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies. Drive sales through upselling, cross- selling, and packages and VIP membership.
•Compliance and Brand Standards Uphold the spa's standard operating procedures and monitor adherence to brand luxury standards.
Qualifications: •Proven experience as a Spa Director or in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury spa setting.
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
•Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
•Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
•A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, as well as experience or a related field is preferred.
