Senior Software Quality Engineer – Digital Enterprise Team
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to $125K Base + Bonus + Exceptional Benefits

This is a greenfield, 0-to-1 product launch with full executive support and startup-level energy—without the funding risk. The first MVP is on the runway, and we’re assembling a team of innovators to build a mobile-first platform from scratch.

What You’ll Do

Design and implement end-to-end test strategies across mobile, web, backend, and integrations.
Develop and execute automated and manual test cases for UI, API, and workflows.
Maintain and evolve automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman).
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Validate third-party integrations and manage test environments.
Track and report on quality metrics—coverage, defect rates, release readiness.

What You Bring

4–6 years in software quality engineering or full-stack QA.
Experience testing Flutter apps (mobile and web).
Strong skills in Node.js/NestJS API testing and writing SQL queries.
Hands-on with automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, Docker, and agile methodologies.
Bonus: Performance testing (JMeter, k6), security testing (OWASP, JWT), monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog).

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Director of Product Engineering
Team Size: Foundational member of a 20-person launch team
