Job Description

Description: This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position. You'll be able to choose which projects you want to work on, and you can work on your own schedule. Projects are paid hourly, at $30+ per hour, and with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work. With a variety of projects to choose from, many involving writing or evaluating coding-related chatbot conversations, you can choose to work on what interests you the most! Note that work may fluctuate based on availability and based on your particular skillsets.

We are looking for proficient programmers to join our team to train our AI chatbots to code. You will work with the chatbots that we are building in order to measure their progress, as well as write and evaluate code. You do not need experience to apply, although if your background looks good, there will be a starter assessment that will serve as your interview when you sign up. Once approved, programming-specific projects may have their own assessments to assess your skill level and help you understand the type of work involved.

In this role you will need to be proficient in at least one programming language and able to solve coding problems (think LeetCode, HackerRank, etc). For each coding problem, you must be able to explain how your solution solves the problem.

Qualifications: Fluency in English (native or bilingual), proficient in at least one programming language, detail-oriented, excellent writing and grammar skills, a Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
