SALARY for Social Media Manager (Starting at $57,000)
Any offered salary is determined based on competency and skills, prior relevant experience, required degrees/certifications, internal equity within the organization and market competition.

A Day in The Life:

As Social Media Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and implementing our social media program. Collaborating with the Communications team, you'll align our social media strategy with overarching communication goals and ensure posts adhere to the highest standards of social best practices.
Leading interdepartmental huddles, you'll extract insights from subject-matter experts and manage workflows to maintain content accuracy and consistency through an integrated content calendar. In brainstorming sessions with the creative team, you'll explore innovative formats and eye-catching graphics to shape the future of our content.
Job Requirements:
Staying on top of current and emerging platforms, you'll address audience queries, monitor trends, and provide routine updates to the Communications management team.
A bachelor's degree in communications or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead corporate social media role, including content development, posting, and analytics reporting, are required.
We seek a Social Media Expert proficient in current platforms and planning tools. As a natural collaborator, you thrive in a team environment, building relationships across departments and with partner organizations. Excellent communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to evaluate content for potential misinterpretations are essential.
