The SEO Specialist will be responsible for optimizing our website's search engine visibility and driving organic traffic. Additionally, this individual will monitor, maintain, and enhance our website performance, contributing to the overall success of our digital presence. Responsibilities Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance user engagement. Identify opportunities for content optimization and ranking improvements. Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking to align with SEO best practices and perform regular audits. Monitor the performance and functionality of the website, identifying areas for improvement. Prepare reports to analyze and communicate SEO performance, highlighting key metrics and trends. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code. Qualifications 2+ years of experience with SEO. Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or other SEO tools. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript as it relates to website performance and SEO. Experience with CMS platforms (such as WordPress) and familiarity with website design principles. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to engage in web design and development tasks as needed.
