Role Overview

The Senior Brand Manager will lead renovation efforts for Kraft Mac and Cheese and Velveeta Shells and Cheese as part of the ‘Easy Ready Meals’ team. Reporting to the Mac and Cheese Innovation Lead, you will partner cross-functionally to renovate products and packaging for these iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a 3+ year renovation strategy supporting brand growth.
• Collaborate with Insights to understand consumer needs and inform brand evolution.
• Create business cases considering consumer desirability, technical feasibility, and P&L viability.
• Work with R&D, Insights, Finance, Operations, and Sales to develop and launch renovation projects.
• Lead visual identity and design work, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and marketing plans.
• Manage the stage gate process to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Creative leadership with a passion for renovation's impact on business.
• Strong consumer focus and curiosity.
• Proven success in launching innovations and driving results.
• Agility, problem-solving, and simplification skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in marketing with innovation focus.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Design thinking experience is a plus.
