Overview

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Program Analyst to join our KPMG AI & Digital organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop AI strategies aligned with client objectives and industry trends
  • Design and implement AI-driven digital solutions to tackle complex business challenges and enhance performance
  • Assist in the deployment and integration of AI models and digital tools tailored to client needs
  • Work with data scientists, IT professionals, and consultants to ensure project delivery aligns with strategic goals
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights for data-driven decision-making and strategic recommendations
  • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain KPMG's competitive edge in AI and digital innovation
Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of recent experience in AI, digital innovation, or related fields, with a focus on project implementation and strategy development
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, data science, or related field is required; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R; experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Strong skills in analyzing complex data and translating findings into actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and presentations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Salary and benefits

KPMG complies with applicable salary disclosure requirements where required. California salary range listed as an example: California Salary Range: $61,800 - $126,800. KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and a robust suite of personal well-being benefits. Benefits vary by eligibility and job classification.
