We’re looking for a creative and collaborative  Landscape Designer who puts people at the heart of every project. Join our Seattle-based team to craft outdoor spaces that are not only beautiful and sustainable—but also deeply aligned with our clients’ lifestyles, values, and needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Design residential landscapes with a strong focus on user experience
  
• Translate client visions into thoughtful, functional outdoor environments
  
• Develop site plans, planting designs, and construction documents
  
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the design process
  
• Conduct site visits and ensure designs meet local codes and environmental standards
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Landscape Design or related field
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing customer-centered design thinking
  
• Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
  
• Passion for sustainable, inclusive, and accessible design
