Description 

Do you have the passion for upholding regulatory standards and ensuring brand integrity? As Regulatory Compliance Coordinator, you will work interdepartmentally to support driving regulatory compliance across the non-food portfolio. Reporting to the Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will oversee execution of customer sustainability reporting while keeping Wilton apprised of  Dr. Oetker’s sustainability initiatives. 

Ingredients 

  • Review new products and materials to meet market and customer opportunities through application of scientific methodologies and regulatory landscape reviews.
  • Support new product development projects, providing guidance to product development teams on material choices.
  • Lead sustainability reporting into customer portals; collect customer sustainability requirements and communicate findings within the department.
  • Work closely with Dr. Oetker compliance colleagues to communicate sustainability initiatives internally and drive task-based execution.
  • Execute testing programs across non-food products, including claims, annual, customer, and commercialization testing programs.
  • Compile data reports, create data report summaries, and develop corrective actions with manager.
  • Monitor current and emerging regulations and standards across non-food consumer products and sustainability.

Equipment  

  • B.S. in Chemistry or Materials Science. Degrees in other science/engineering disciplines with relevant experience will be considered.
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in CPG regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with Prop 65 and AB-1200.

Instructions 

  • Experience reviewing test data and working directly with testing labs is preferred.
  • High proficiency in MS office, specifically excel, along with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to develop & maintain relationships while collaborating cross-functionally within areas of the business.

Baking Conditions

  • Professional office environment, sedentary in nature.
  • Routinely use standard office equipment such as (laptop computers, monitors/keyboards, printers, and telephones).
  • Processes information and communicates effectively with others.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
