Become part of Essentia’s accomplished team in Duluth, Minnesota on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior!We are currently hiring for our Cardiac Unit at St Mary's Medical Center!- You will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. - You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Certification/Licensure Requirements:

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month

*External candidate RNs are eligible for sign on incentive of $10,000 for ADNs and $15,000 for BSNs*

Shift Rotation: Day/Eve Rotation (United States of America)

Shift Start/End: 7am, 3pm /3:30pm, 11:30pm

Hours Per Pay Period: 64

Compensation Range: $43.30 - $66.22 / hour

Union: SMMC MNA RNs (SMRN)

FTE: 0.8

Weekends: Every Other
