Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Worcester, MA
Worcester, MA | 2PM-8PM Shifts | ⏱️ 10-30 Hours/Week

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you'll deliver hands-on, individualized support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to help clients ages 3-22 build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and live more independent, fulfilling lives.
Important: This is a direct-care role working one-on-one with children and families - not an office or administrative position.
Hiring LocationsWe are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in across the Worcester area, including home, school, and community-based settings.
Reliable transportation is required, as you'll travel between client sessions.
What You'll DoAs an RBT, you'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Lead Technicians, and caregivers to deliver consistent, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy techniques 1:1 or in small groups to build functional and social skills.
Collect and record accurate behavioral data to measure progress.
Support parents and caregivers in following individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with Behavior Analysts and teammates to review and refine client goals.
Maintain a safe, positive, and organized environment for every session.
Participate in ongoing supervision and training to enhance your professional growth.
RBT Certification (required).
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during sessions.
Preferred:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field .
Prior experience working with children (classroom, camp, or ABA setting).
Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Flexible schedule (10-30 hours/week).
