Job Description

The QA Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. The role involves creating and executing test plans, identifying defects, and working closely with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks as needed. • Create, execute, and manage test cases and defect tracking using tools like JIRA or similar platforms. • Collaborate with Agile (Scrum) teams to ensure testing is integrated throughout the development lifecycle. • Perform hands-on test automation using tools and technologies such as Selenium, Junit/TestNG, and Cucumber. • Test REST APIs and SOAP services using tools like SoapUI. • Identify, log, and track defects to resolution. • Continuously improve testing strategies and contribute to the quality assurance process. • Stay updated on new tools, technologies, and methodologies for improving testing efficiency. Required Qualifications: • 7+ years of hands-on experience in test automation using Core Java, Selenium, Junit/TestNG, Cucumber, and related tools. • Proficiency in using tools such as SoapUI, REST, API testing frameworks, Eclipse IDE, Maven, Jenkins, and IntelliJ. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with creating new automation frameworks from scratch. • Exposure to continuous integration and delivery pipelines. • Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies. • Strong organizational and time management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
