Production Supervisor (55-65K + OT)

We have Production Supervisor opportunities available near the Vernon, NY area.

Both 2nd and 3rd shift openings are available.

This is a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Team Leader to step up to a Production Supervisor role.

Duties:

• As a hands-on Production Supervisor, you will oversee 10-15 operators to ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity objectives are met
• Promote a Safety-First culture
• Perform quality checks and process audits
• Problem Solving using 5 Why’s to determine Root Cause and Corrective Action

Education & Skills:

• AAS or HS Diploma and 3+ years of Team Leader or Supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills
• Well-organized Team Player
• Basic machine operation and machine capability knowledge
