Your Responsibilities:

  • Enhance demand through clinical selling and education directed at targeted healthcare professionals (HCPs)
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with HCPs including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical assistants
  • Communicate sales messages, patient data, and product details effectively to targeted HCP offices
  • Meet or exceed the sales activity targets established by the company
  • Maintain accurate records and complete daily administrative tasks
  • Adhere to compliance, ethics, and training requirements set by both Inizio and our clients
  • Efficiently manage time with detailed planning of routing and call activities
  • Persistence in achieving set sales objectives
  • Have a reliable vehicle and maintain insurance coverage according to company standards
  • Collaborate with geographic partners to maximize opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred experience in Business-to-Business sales
  • Comfortable using technology and virtual engagement tools
  • Willing to travel up to 20% of the time, with some territories requiring more travel, including overnight stays
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
