Parts Analyst – High-Performance Race Team Support

Santa Clarita, CA | Motorsports / Performance Engineering Industry

Are you detail-driven, logistics-savvy, and energized by fast-paced, high-performance environments? Join a top-tier racing organization as a Parts Analyst and play a critical role in powering championship-winning engines.

We’re looking for a proactive and precise professional to take ownership of inventory operations, ensuring our engine parts are stocked, inspected, and ready for action. If you’re passionate about parts logistics and thrive in a competitive, team-based setting, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Stock, distribute, and inspect engine components to support our racecar engine program.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory flow, and support logistics operations.
  • Use parts catalogs and ordering systems to track and replenish critical inventory items.
  • Track inventory activity and generate reports using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Experience:

  • 2+ years in parts inventory management, warehouse, or logistics—retail or wholesale experience.
  • Background in shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
  • High school diploma required; college coursework in logistics or inventory control is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with parts cataloging systems and stocking cycles.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word for inventory planning and reporting.
  • Able to lift and carry 20–30 lbs safely and regularly.

Soft Skills That Set You Apart:

  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency—especially in high-performance or motorsports environments.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
  • Self-directed and solutions-oriented—able to work independently while contributing to team success.
  • Effective under pressure and in dynamic, fast-moving settings.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a team that fuels world-class racing programs.
  • Work in a hands-on, high-impact role where precision matters.
  • Thrive in a performance-driven culture where every part counts.

Apply now if you’re ready to bring your inventory expertise to the fast lane.
