This is a remote position.

Masonblue Security is seeking a Part-Time or On-Demand Proposal Writer to support our growing volume of proposal submissions for corporate and government clients. This is a remote, project-based role, ideal for experienced professionals, retirees, or those on sabbatical looking to contribute meaningfully on a flexible basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret Request for Proposals (RFPs) and bid documents
  
• Draft, edit, and structure proposals tailored to government and corporate requirements
  
• Collaborate with internal team members to gather inputs and finalize content
  
• Ensure proposals are delivered with clarity, consistency, and within deadlines
  
• Maintain version control and track responses for future reuse or reference
  

Note :

1. This is a flexible, project-based remote role. We welcome applications from experienced professionals (especially retired or freelance)
2. The hourly rate listed is a placeholder to meet job board requirements. Actual compensation will be discussed based on experience, fit, and availability.
   
3. This role is initially offered on an on-demand basis and may evolve into a part-time or full-time opportunity depending on demonstrated performance and organizational needs

• Proven experience writing business, IT, or government proposals
  
• Strong command of English and excellent written communication
  
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured formats
  
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, consulting, or technology services (preferred)
