Yoh has an immediate need for a Part Time Video Editor/Content Creator. This position is onsite in NYC. Part Time- 22.5 hours per week onsite Tuesday-Thursday daily. 

Pay up to $38 per hour w2 based on experience. 

• 3 Full days a week in-office (Tues-Thurs)
• Video capture of in-office performances & artist content
• Editing of footage for long-form and short-term usage
• Minor graphic design & animation as needed
• Meetings as requested by Brand Marketing

 
Job Description
This position requires thorough knowledge of video editing applications as well as filming and production skill set for small-scale to mid-level content capture. The role would interact and collaborate with various internal teams as well as artists and label base.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create engaging visual media for multiple channel outputs, including digital (e.g. YouTube) and social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.)
• Produce and develop sizzle reels for both internal and industry-facing events
• Create and edit custom video content such as behind-the-scenes pieces, talent interviews
• Act as a liaison with third-party production partners
• Work with content calendars to ensure timely campaign initiatives
• Work with brand marketing and artist teams to produce our in-house performance series
• Eagerly tackle unprecedented tasks in an environment of evolving priorities
• Act in a flexible manner as day-to-day responsibilities may shift quickly

 
Qualifications / Experience

 

• Detail-oriented with experience managing more than one concurrent project, and can independently prioritize your projects to meet deadlines
• 3+ years experience as a video editor with strong technical experience in using video and editing software
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop), project set-up, and essential editorial workflows
• Skilled in producing storytelling content to boost brand recognition
• Experienced in video editing and capture
• Ability to apply creative thinking to developing engaging concepts and producing web and social media content
• Ability to learn new software and tools quickly
• Ability to interface effectively with the team as well as labels and artists
• Ability to thrive in a changing environment
