- Collaborative Excellence: Join a well-established team with a system-wide presence, including 8 Palliative Care Physicians, 10 APPs, a Chaplain, 3 Social Workers, and 2 Nurse Navigators. Benefit from robust interdisciplinary collaboration in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Comprehensive Scope of Practice: - Provide specialty palliative and hospice care across a variety of settings: inpatient service, outpatient clinics, and community-based hospice care.
- Work closely with oncology, pulmonary, and other specialties to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
- Contribute to our expanding outpatient program that serves patients across a broad medical spectrum.
- Engage in meaningful teaching opportunities within our Palliative Care Fellowship Program.

Pay Transparency In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include: productivity and/or value based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.
