Kaimetrix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ETMS2 Manager to provide overall supervision and management of the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) for the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) at Fort Detrick, MD. The ideal candidate will serve as the single point of entry for all externally and internally initiated tasks, ensuring efficient and transparent task management and document tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Management: Oversee the ETMS2, acting as the primary point of contact for USAMRDC for all task-related matters.
• Task and Document Handling: Submit, track, and act on tasks and documents with ease and transparency to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Task Dissemination: Rapidly disseminate work to relevant teams and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Network Access: Utilize both the Non-classified and Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR/SIPR) networks for task management.
• Mission Analysis: Conduct initial mission analysis, assign the USAMRDC Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR), establish and confirm suspense dates, and monitor task completion until closure.
• Military Operations Expertise: Apply a comprehensive knowledge of military operations and planning to interpret regulations, directives, policies, and contingency plans related to support requirements.
• MDMP Application: Employ a thorough understanding of the Army’s Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), staffing procedures, and analytical and critical thinking processes to effectively manage tasks.

• Experience: Demonstrated working experience in military operations and planning.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulations, directives, policies, and contingency plans as they pertain to military support requirements.
• Skills: Strong ability to apply the Army’s Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) and staffing procedures.
• Critical Thinking: Proven capability in analytical and critical thinking processes.
• Network Proficiency: Proficient in accessing and using both NIPR and SIPR networks for secure task management.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in military operations and planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• US Citizen and ability to pass a background check.
