Front Office Receptionist needed for Chiropractic and Sports Rehab office in West Houston. This is a rewarding opportunity to grow your career with a successful practice. Immediate hire for a full-time front office coordinator/receptionist.

JOB FUNCTIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
-Answering multi-line phones and scheduling appointments.
-Greet patients, ensure completion of registration forms, and give patient instructions.
-Insurance Verification
-Filing and maintaining patient medical records.
-Performing computer data entry in regard to patient scheduling and data base entry with electronic medical records.
-Handling patient insurance payment and collecting balances
-Insurance billing and posting payments
-Assisting with clinical duties such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and traction treatments.

Candidates must be willing to work up to 40 hours per work week. Our hours are Monday through Friday 9am-6pm. Office is located in the Westchase District of Houston (Westheimer and Beltway 8 west).
