Chicago Health and Physical Therapy is looking for an office coordinator to manage a multidisciplinary clinic workspace with nearly 20 employees including 6+ healthcare providers and ancillary staff. The coordinator candidate should be detail-oriented, personable and be able to work with department heads.
Candidates should have at least 2 years experience in a medical administrative role or education in the field.
Duties would include personnel management, daily operations, marketing and administrative support.
Coordinator would report directly to the clinic medical director and be instrumental in leading the clinic to it’s next century of patient care.
