What you will be doing:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing overall support for the marketing team and implementing channel marketing and sales support programs for Drybar retail partners with the key focus on supporting our retail partners and contributing to growing the business with each of them. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for working with the channel marketing managers and retail partners directly in providing digital content to help support the growth of the dotcom business.

  • Lead all aspects of Drybar online assets with all retail partners ensuring they are up to date in order to meet/exceed business goals. This includes conducting regular web audits by channel/retailer.

  • Oversee and distributes digital content, copy and assets to all wholesale channels (asset forms, etc.) to support dotcom business growth.

  • Ensure retail partners have the accurate assets/copy on their websites to support product sales.

  • Aware of retail partner websites content and conduct regular website audits by retailer to make sure they have all updated content.

  • Distribution of marketing materials & promotional items for retail partners and the field team. Act as a liaison with external creative agency (CWA).

  • Ensure all assets are organized and have been sent to relevant retail partners to support online business.

  • Work closely with channel marketing team/sales to make sure new SKU's are setup with retail partners to get forecasts/orders on time and ready to be ordered and in the system. Manage setting up kit/gwp SKU's in oracle.

  • Manage product assortment in office, coordinates and distributes product comps to retail partners/creative agency/PR agency/Social team.

  • Maintain all channel price lists and competitive product tracker report. Support online business goals/sales targets.

  • Manage product donation program, and purchase order requisitions for team product orders for team member needs (retailer comps, photo/video shoot comps, PR comps, etc.).

  • Ensure all information is organized and saved in the SharePoint drive as well as products/information are sent in a timely manner to support marketing initiatives.

  • Work with shop side to coordinate, get into pipeline and collect answers from shops

  • Compiles results into ppt deck with key findings. Collect as many answers as possible as well as getting the survey out in a timely manner.

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Knowledge of beauty industry and marketing trends

  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects concurrently under time constraints

  • Proven track record to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Positive, hard-working and upbeat and strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable in an evolving, fast-paced office environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing

  • 2 + years of relevant experience in CPG, beauty or fashion

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in prestige beauty (particularly Sephora, Ulta and Nordstrom)

  • Marketing, digital, visual merchandising and sales experience
