Job Description
Marketing Coordinator- A small Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (MEP) firm, working in construction industry with offices in San Francisco, Oakland and Los Angeles is looking for a responsible articulate, energetic individual with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), positive and professional attitude who is comfortable in networking environment and understands engineering design and construction Industry to assist the firm’s principal. This position provides a great opportunity to be involved in marketing and business development activities. Responsibilities will include but not limited to proposal preparation, presentation creation, cold calling to new and existing clients, occasional attendance in pre-proposal conferences and networking events, project lead search for private and public entities, update and maintain company brochure and website, taking digital photos from existing and ongoing projects for our company portfolios, maintain and update public agencies minority certifications and obtain new ones, create new and update existing personnel resumes, and project list maintenance. A business administration/marketing degree is a plus. Architectural/engineering work experience is a must. The person should be computer savvy with skills in MS Word, Windows Media, adobe, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel and others.
This position is Hybrid.
