Job Description:
Join a high-performing Marketing Consulting and Support team that partners directly with top financial advisors and their firms. As a Marketing Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related initiatives, helping sophisticated advisory practices leverage marketing resources to grow their businesses and engage clients more effectively. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and external creative agencies to ensure projects are well-organized, executed on time, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support financial advisors by coordinating and updating content on custom field websites
Manage shared inboxes and respond to tactical marketing inquiries from advisors and firm staff
Provide front-line support for 300+ custom websites, ensuring consistency and quality
Maintain detailed tracking and reporting systems for open issues, feedback, and escalations
Manage documentation for program policies, processes, and guidelines
Contribute to cross-functional marketing projects and initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of professional marketing experience
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare) is preferred

Strong understanding of marketing principles and how they support business growth and client engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident working with professionals at all levels
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong time management; able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines

Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and take appropriate action
Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Bonus Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience using tools like ZenDesk or similar support ticketing systems
