Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: On Site in Miami Gardens, FL

Pay Rate: $17-21 Hourly Based on Experience

Night Shift (10pm- 6am or 11pm- 7am)

Must Have Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of Maintenance technician experience specifically cleaning
• Education: Most organizations require a high school diploma or GED
• Operating cleaning equipment, conducting minimal repairs, inventory checks, arranging furniture, organizing supplies, and keeping floors free from obstructions.

Day-to-Day:

• Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a facility's floors. This includes tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, buffing, and polishing all types of hard floor surfaces. They must also be knowledgeable in the proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
